Pusat Islam Kirovsky yang sedang dibina ini merupakan sebuah bangunan 3 tingkat yang apabila disiapkan dapat menampung 500-1000 jemaah pada satu-satu masa.

Tingkat 1 merupakan ruang ibadat muslimin manakala tingkat 2 adalah untuk muslimat. Tingkat 2 ini akan dibina sebagai sebuah balkoni, di mana jemaah wanita dapat menyaksikan imam secara terus.

Ini berbeza dengan masjid yang sudah sedia ada yang mana muslimat hanya dapat melihat imam melalui kaca televisyen. Bilik-bilik kelas untuk pengajian agama dan fardu ain juga akan ditempatkan di tingkat 2 ini.

Tingkat 3 pula akan berfungsi sebagai asrama. Di sini akan ditempatkan bilik-bilik penginapan, dapur dan sebagainya. Musafir-musafir yang bakal singgah di masjid ini boleh menjadikan tingkat 3 ini sebagai tempat penginapan sementara mereka.

Sebuah menara setinggi 24 meter juga akan dibina untuk memudahkan masjid ini di kenal pasti, terutamanya oleh mereka yang berminat dengan Islam.

Pelan masjid yang seluas 33m x 15m ini adalah ditempah khas dan untuk itu sebanyak 1.5 milion rubels telah dibelanjakan. » Tapak Pembinaan

The Plan and Structure

The structure of the Kirovsky Islamic Centre comprises of 3 floors which can accommodate about 500-1000 persons in a time after it is fully constructed.

The first floor will be occupied by the Muslimeen (men) while the second floor is for Muslimaat (women) which is specially designed for the women to directly view the Imam through the addition of a balcony on that floor.

With comparison to the old mosque in Volgograd, the women previously may only view the Imam through the television screen.

The Islamic teachings and other classes of fardhu ain will be conducted in the second floor where all the classrooms will be built here.

The third floor will be a safe place for those who intend to stay in the mosque for a while especially for musafeers (travellers) as it is designed like a hostel for them. There will be rooms, a kitchen, toilets and bathrooms.

A tower of 24 meters height will be built so the Moeslims as well as those who are interested in Islam may recognize the presence of a mosque in the Kirovsky’s district.
